By using this website and any services offered through it, you agree to the following terms.
1. Services
Kasra Shafieezadeh offers interior design, architectural design, and 3D visualization services including space planning, photorealistic rendering, animation walkthroughs, VR visualization, and construction documentation. Scope, deliverables, and timelines are agreed upon individually before each project begins.
2. Payments
A deposit may be required before work starts. Final deliverables are released upon full payment. Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Revisions
Each project includes a set number of revisions as specified in the project agreement. Additional revision requests beyond that limit may incur extra fees.
4. Intellectual Property
All designs and visual content remain the property of the designer until full payment is received. Upon full payment, the client receives a license to use deliverables for the agreed purpose. The designer reserves the right to display completed work in portfolio and marketing materials unless confidentiality is requested in writing before the project starts.
5. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate project information, dimensions, and timely feedback. Delays caused by incomplete client input are not the responsibility of the designer.
6. Confidentiality
All client information shared during a project will be kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties without written consent.
7. Website Content
All content on this website — including images, text, and designs — is protected by copyright. Unauthorized use or reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

Check all local building codes, zoning regulations, and permit requirements with a licensed architect or engineer.
Consult a licensed architect or structural engineer to review and approve any drawings intended for construction use.
Kasra Shafieezadeh accepts no liability for construction errors, code violations, or damages arising from the use of provided designs without proper professional review.
