Who I am

This website, kasra-shafiee.com, belongs to Kasra Shafieezadeh, an interior designer and 3D visualization specialist based in Northern Virginia, USA. For any privacy question, email info@kasra-shafiee.com.

What I collect

• Contact and estimate requests. When you send the contact form, I receive your name, email address, the services you selected, your message and any files you attach (plans, sketches, references). The form sends this to me by email and keeps a copy in the website’s private admin area, which only I can open, so that no request gets lost. I keep it only as long as needed to handle your request and our work together.
• Emails you send me directly, including any attachments.
• Visit statistics. The site uses Google Analytics to understand how many people visit and which pages they look at. See “Cookies and analytics” below.

How I use it

Only to answer your request, prepare estimates, carry out and invoice projects, and improve this website. I don’t sell your information and I don’t use it for unrelated marketing.

Cookies and analytics

Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to count visits and measure how the site is used. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use Google’s opt-out add-on. Visitors who aren’t logged in get no other cookies from this site; login cookies are only used by the site administrator.

Content from other sites

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google’s servers. Videos are played from YouTube only after you press play. Links to Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, WhatsApp and Fiverr take you to those services, and their own privacy policies apply there.

Who else sees your data

Only the services needed to run this website: the web host, the email service that delivers form messages, and Google Analytics. When a project goes ahead, project information is shared only as needed to do the work, and never without your agreement.

How long I keep it

Messages and project files are kept as long as needed to answer you and carry out the project, and afterwards only as long as needed for records, invoices and legal obligations.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see the personal information I hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, by emailing info@kasra-shafiee.com. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local privacy laws.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
