questions & answers
Short answers to the questions clients ask most. Anything else — just ask.
What services do you offer?
Interior design, 3D visualization, and architecture presentation and drafting: space planning, photorealistic rendering, animation walkthroughs, 360° VR tours, presentation boards and drafted drawings — for residential, commercial and hospitality projects.
How do I get an estimate?
Send a brief through the contact form or email info@kasra-shafiee.com with plans, sketches or references. Estimates are free, and I typically reply within 24 hours.
How much does it cost?
3D renderings are usually $250 to $350 per render. Interior design is priced by the size of the home, from $1.10 to $1.90 per square foot depending on the level of the project. Animations, 360° tours and presentation drawings are quoted per project. Every estimate is free.
How does a project work?
Four steps: you tell me what you need, you review preliminary results and leave feedback, you approve the draft you like, and you get the final marketing-ready images in the resolution you need.
How long does it take?
Most rendering projects can start the next day and are delivered in about a week. Larger design projects get their own timeline in the estimate.
How many revisions are included?
Each project includes a set number of revisions, agreed before work starts. Revisions beyond that may cost extra.
How does payment work?
A deposit may be required before work starts. Final files are delivered once the project is paid in full.
Do you work with clients outside Virginia?
Yes. I work remotely with clients across the US, Europe and beyond, and I’ve completed 326 projects on Fiverr, with a 4.9 / 5 rating from 179 reviews.
What do you need from me?
Plans or dimensions, photos of the space, references for the style you like, and timely feedback. PDF, DWG, SKP and image files all work.
Are the drawings ready for construction?
No. I don’t provide construction or permit drawings. Designs and visualizations are for concept and presentation. I’m not a licensed architect in the United States, so any drawings meant for construction should be reviewed by a licensed architect or engineer, and all dimensions checked on site. See the terms for details.
Can you keep my project confidential?
Yes. Project information is kept confidential. Finished work may be shown in my portfolio unless you ask for confidentiality in writing before the project starts.
